Every journey begins with a single step—from zero to possibility. For the first batch of GTH Johor Bahru’s 2025 tour guide course, their first outdoor training marked both a challenge and a turning point.

With a mix of excitement and nerves, students explored cultural roots at the Johor Bahru Chinese Heritage Museum and the Johor Old Temple, followed by visits to a Gurdwara Sahib Sikh Temple and Arulmigu Rajamariamman Hindu Temple to experience Malaysia’s religious diversity.

The tour ended along the Segget River, where city meets history—a perfect reflection of their guiding journey.

More than learning to lead, this hands-on experience helped students find their voice, turning facts into heartfelt stories. Because great tour guides don’t just speak—they move, connect, and inspire.

And for these aspiring guides, the journey has just begun—with purpose, passion, and belief in themselves.
