GTH Johor Bahru students immersed themselves in Johor’s cultural heritage during a hands-on training day.

At the Johor Old Chinese Temple, they experienced the sacred atmosphere of this century-old site, which reflects the prayers and hopes of generations of Chinese immigrants. From intricate carvings to symbolic red lanterns, every detail told a cultural story.

The day continued at the Johor Bahru Chinese Heritage Museum, where students explored the resilience of early Chinese settlers through artifacts and exhibits. They honed their storytelling skills, learning to create emotional connections with future tourists.
