Some cities deserve to be explored slowly, and Melaka is one of them. As part of their field practice, GTH Kuala Lumpur tour guide course students stepped into this historic city to experience its heritage from a guide’s perspective.
Walking through centuries old streets, heritage buildings, and iconic landmarks, students discovered how different cultures and communities have shaped Melaka into one of Malaysia’s most treasured destinations. Beyond its famous attractions and local cuisine, they learned to uncover the stories, traditions, and values that make the city unique.
This practical training helped students transform classroom knowledge into real guiding experience. They practiced interpreting history, engaging visitors, and delivering meaningful stories with confidence.
Every city has its own identity. A professional tour guide brings that identity to life, creating memorable experiences for travelers from around the world. At GTH, every field practice is another step toward becoming an inspiring guide.
