In Melaka, history isn’t just remembered, and it’s told, brick by brick and street by street.
GTH Johor Bahru’s tour guide students recently took their classroom learning to the next level with a hands-on field practice in Malaysia’s historic city. From the iconic Red Square to the culturally rich Jonker Street and riverfront stories, every stop became a chance to practice interpretation, storytelling, and emotional connection.
This wasn’t just a sightseeing trip, and it was also a real training ground. Students learned how to bring culture, architecture, and history to life, mastering the art of guiding with depth and meaning.
From theory to practice, they are shaping a future where every tour is a story well told—and every guide is a storyteller with purpose.
